Everybody loves seeing a goalkeeper going up for a 'kitchen-sink' corner at the end of a match, and if he manages to score you know that there will be wild celebrations... So how about when he scores a bicycle?
UCD U19s were trailing to Cork City on Saturday afternoon, and when they were awarded a corner kick in the 94th minute, goalkeeper Conor Kearns made his charge up the other end of the pitch.
After Cork failed to clear their lines, the ball bounced around before Kearns flung himself at the ball and directed it into the top corner to secure a dramatic draw, and the UCD players went mental.
A goalie up for a corner inevitably causes pandemonium, but very rarely to they manage to make an impact, let alone score what will likely be in the discussion for the team's goal of the season.
Lucky for the lad that UCD AFC were recording the game and swiftly uploaded the goal to their YouTube channel.
Good man yourself, Conor Kearns, and if there was ever an opportunity to ask the gaffer for a run-out up front... Now would be a good time.
