While we eagerly await Troy Parrott's first team breakthrough at Spurs, for now we will have to make do with watching him dominate at underage level.
The forward has a fantastic record when playing for the club's U19 and U23 sides and has scored no shortage of incredible goals over the past 12 months.
He started for Spurs in the UEFA Youth League this afternoon, the U19 version of the Champions League. Mirroring this evening's senior fixture, in opposition was the artist formerly known as 'Red Star Belgrade': Crvena Zvezda.
Spurs would take the lead early on, before Parrott doubled the deficit after half an hour. It was a very well taken strike, with the Irishman allowing the ball to run across his body before powering it into the roof of the net.
He would get their third of the game just two minutes later, although this one came in slightly bizarre circumstances.
A Spurs goal kick would all the way through to the opposition penalty area, where a defender would attempt an undercooked header back to the 'keeper. Parrott contested for the ball and showed great awareness to turn it home while lying on the ground.
He would go on to complete his hat-trick later in the game from the penalty spot. Parrott would add a fourth late on to complete what was a remarkable performance from the Dubliner.

He now has five goals and one assist in only three appearances in this competition, while he also netted twice on his only outing in the U23 Premier League.
Considering the current form of the senior team, he surely cannot be too far away from Mauricio Pochettino's thoughts should he keep this run going.
