MK Dons striker Alex Revell gave his side a Championship lifeline, showing neat footwork and positioning...as he dove and spectacularly saved a penalty from Preston's Joe Garner.
Dons 'keeper Cody Cropper had been given his marching orders following a challenge on Eoin Doyle (a former strike partner of Revell).
It was 32-year-old Revell who put his hand up to deputise, and the former Cardiff striker made a sensational save.
Striker in goal?!
This doesn't normally happen...

Typical striker, mind you...
84: Revell injured himself making the save. He's okay to continue and he'll restart with a goal kick. 1-1 #PNEvMKD

The game at Deepdale finished 1-1, leaving the Dons nine points from safety, but Revell's save keeps them alive mathematically.
