We have to say we do enjoy 'The Fantasy Football Club' on Sky Sports one for one reason alone, and that is the segment where former Premier League players pick their all-time teammate XI and then elaborate on why they made those choices. We always look for an Irish link, and more often than not there is one.
Former Newcastle and Man City defender Steve Howey was this week's guest, and sure enough he named man-mountain Richard Dunne in his team. He did have him shifted out to right-back, but we'll let Howie off for describing Dunne as 'built like an outhouse', and then briefly discussing how he is better than Lionel Messi.
At defending, yes, but also in the air, and we'd love to see Leo Messi get up and play on against a group of angry Russians after smacking his face off of an athletics track.
Funnily enough, another Irishman who we once described as better than Messi has appeared on this show himself, so if you'd like to watch Ian Harte's excellent 'One2Eleven', you can do so here.
