Wembley hasn't been too kind to Spurs in recent times. In fact they have only recorded two victories in nine games at the iconic venue - vs Chelsea in 2008 & CSKA Moscow in 2016.
And yet it looked as if their misfortune was not going to change as they fell behind to a Chelsea goal in the fifth minute of the match. Mauricio Pochettino's men clawed their way back into the game and a moment of brilliance arrived thirteen minutes later.
Christian Eriksen swung a relatively dangerous cross into the box that was aimed at waist height of Harry Kane before the England striker improvised and got down remarkably low to flick the ball on with his head. Spurs were back in the game and were the better side following the goal.
On another day, the goal Harry 'he's a one season wonder' Kane scored might have been the highlight.
But Kane's deft header was overshadowed by both Alli and later Matic.
