After a 5-1 spanking at home to Arsenal, things are looking bleak for West Ham United who find themselves one place and just one point above Sunderland and the relegation zone.
The manner of the loss on Saturday will have been particularly concerning, as the West Ham players were carved open time and time agian, with Rio Ferdinand taking time post-match to give Ireland's number one Darren Randolph some deserved praise.
Rio Ferdinand on Randolph: "Without the keeper it's double figures. He's made 5 or 6 incredible saves. He was left on his own, isolated."

But Bilic was not about to hand out any praise for his players, and speaking after the final whistle he admitted that he is not getting the same intensity and dedication on the training pitch from his players.
I have to be honest and say we don’t have the intensity, and from the intensity and the dedication comes the quality.
We don’t have it the same as last season, even in training.
Bilic is a popular character, and did a fantastic job with the Hammers last season, but he sounded almost defeated in his interview which will no doubt worry West Ham fans that think he can still turn it around.
The January transfer window will be key, as it is clear that reinforcements are needed, particularly in attack where West Ham are left with an injury-riddled Andy Carroll, an inexperienced Ashley Fletcher, a traditional winger in Andre Ayew, and Simone Zaza who is a living internet meme.
But will he last until then? A very tricky trip to Anfield is up next, where on current form the situation looks bleak, but after that come some very winnable fixtures in Burnley, Hull City, Swansea, and Leicester. One thing is for certain, and that is that things need to improve for West Ham United.
