Croatia are through to the World Cup quarter-finals after a 3-2 penalty shoot-out triumph. The result was to the delight of ITV pundit Slaven Bilic, but one aspect of their coverage frustrated the former Croatian international.
The game went to penalties after a 1-1 draw and Bilic was naturally stressed during the shoot-out. However, he did not appreciate ITV broadcasting said reaction post-match.

Slaven Bilic properly pissed off ITV showed his reactions to the game, which is funny but also understandable - probably not happy about being filmed without knowing it.

Shortly afterward, Bilic attempted to contextualize the result. However, Republic of Ireland Martin O'Neill took umbrage with his claim that Croatia was a small country, to which Bilic replied that they were bigger than Ireland and 'better football players.'
Forget Pavard's goal, Mbappé's run or that Iranian thrown-in... Slaven Bilic mugging off Martin O'Neill is the moment of the #WorldCup. Love Mart's fleeting attempt to think of a comeback ? pic.twitter.com/1pQTwO0vDG
