It may not have ended in the manner we would have wanted, but that's not to say that Shane Duffy shouldn't be proud of his performances at Euro 2016. He was superb against Italy and, if you only count the first half, he should be down for defender of the tournament for his performance against France. As such, he has more than deserved to let his hair down on his return to Derry this week.
And what's the best way to let your hair down after the draining experience of Euro 2016? Get yourself into Granny Annie's and belt out a bit of 'Shane Long's on Fire' of course.
The Blackburn defender was in the Derry venue last night and thankfully, there's plenty of footage of him hitting the karaoke machine hard. The only choice was Gala and that horribly catchy mid 90's dance bopper.
Take it away Shane.
