The Irish team arrived at Dublin Airport this evening following their elimination from Euro 2016 by France on Sunday.
Both media and fans gathered to meet the team.

Robbie Keane spoke on behalf of the players. The international careers of Keane, John O'Shea and Shay Given may be coming to an end but Ireland captain assured that the 'journey was only beginning' for the younger players such as Robbie Brady, Jeff Hendrick and Shane Duffy.
Keane also thank the fans for turning out at the airport to greet the team.
