A stalwart member of Kevin Keegan's Newcastle United side of the mid-1990s, Rob Lee was part of team fondly recalled as The Entertainers of English football.
While never quite an entertainer in his own right, it seems like two of his sons - Oliver & Eliot - are determined to hatch out such a reputation for themselves.
After Eliot made the move to Kenilworth Road this summer, both he and his older brother Oliver are now representing Luton Town in League 2.
Looking good for automatic promotion after a strong start to the season, Luton were in ruthless form this afternoon, beating mid-table Cambridge United 7-0.
The Lee brothers left a most telling impact on this demolition.
From Xabi Alonso range, it was Oliver who netted Luton's second of the afternoon - an effort from within his own half that couldn't but remind you of what the former Liverpool midfielder did at the same ground 11 years earlier.

Danny Hylton had made it 3-0 by the time Eliot Lee got in on the act. A beautifully weighted pass into the box caught on the volley - an incredible finish.

As if that wasn't enough, Eliot Lee had to go one better. With Luton keen to exact as much punishment as possible on Cambridge, they were relentless in pushing for more goals.
At 5-0 and with only a few minutes remaining, Lee couldn't be contained. Running at the Cambridge defence, his second of the afternoon was a fantastic effort from distance.

Perhaps the only man not overjoyed with the escapades of the Lee brothers is Danny Hylton - his hat-trick is unlikely to be the talking point among Luton Town fans tonight.
