Liverpool fans are quiety confident of youngster Marko Grujic having a positive impact on the first team this season as, despite his rather bizarre battle with his father over signing for the club, it was very clear that Jurgen Klopp was keen to work with him.
The former Red Star Belgrade man lined out for Liverpool for the very first time on Wednesday night against Fleetwood Town, and managed to bag himself a goal in under 20 minutes after debutant Sadio Mane combined with Albero Moreno down the left hand side.
After finishing from just inside the box Grujic looked like the enjoyed getting on the scoresheet, and Liverpool fans will be hoping for more of the same this season.
Marko Grujic, who has been the best player on the park in the first half, hands #lfc a 1-0 lead.

A decent finish, and Liverpool fans who were watching took to twitter to express their happiness.
Take away Grujic's height, finishing, forward thinking, strength, confidence, technical ability and talent. You've got Jordan Henderson.

Yaya Toure has an entire room in his house dedicated to Grujic.

Decent first half!
2 points I'd like to make:
1 - Marko Grujic looks a very good player!
2 - We really need to sign a left back! #LFC— Matthew Cullis (@Matt_cullis8) July 13, 2016
I'm happy that Liverpool fans are getting to see just how big and strong Marko Grujic is. The kid is a bully. Great debut so far.

Only a friendly and I remember Aspas lighting up pre-season games but very impressive start to Marko Grujic's #LFC career here
