There was no messing about here. Leeds have suffered a bit of a dip in form in recent times, and have dropped out of the automatic promotion places as a result. While there is plenty of time left in the season, the recent signs have not been good.
Tonight's game against West Brom represented a chance to right a few of their recent wrongs, and they certainly didn't waste any time in going about their business.
The home side would take the lead after all of 15 seconds, with Pablo Hernandez producing an absolute thunderbolt into the top corner. Take a look at this:

They didn't even tip-off! You'd have to question West Brom's defunding here, but they were definitely caught cold so early in the game. You can take nothing away from Hernandez, however, and his strike was fit to grace any football match.
Leeds would double their lead before the half hour mark, with potential Republic of Ireland international Patrick Bamford continuing his decent run of form. He took his chance very well:
Bamford could be a decent option for Mick McCarthy if he continues this current run, and he is player with plenty of potential. Now if only he would return the Ireland manager's phone calls...
