All game long Simeone's men pushed their luck with the ref, and were perhaps lucky to finish the match with eleven men on the pitch, but while Liam Brady was upset that such tactics resulted in Barca's beautiful football being eliminated from the Champions League, Dunphy thought it was fantastic.
In fact, Eamon argued that Atletico were not cynical, but instead showed great work-rate and aggression, and the argument that followed was seriously enjoyable.
What would we do without them? Gilesy was having none of it too, he was happy to let the lads take that one.
Who do you side with, Brady or Dunphy? Let us know.
