At least two games, and possibly a third, will be available to watch on the final day of the Premier League this Sunday, May 12th.
The two games crucial to the destination of the title - Brighton vs Man City and Liverpool vs Wolves - will both be broadcast live.
Liverpool head into the game one point behind Manchester City. A victory and City will be champions no matter the result in Liverpool's game. If both sides draw, City will also be crowned winners.
Should City lose 4-0 to Brighton and Liverpool draw 4-4 with Wolves - meaning the teams would be level on points, goals scored and goals conceded - there would be a playoff for the title.
