The early morning travellers were greeted by Captain Browne who decided to break protocol and do his welcome outside of the cockpit. As you can see, he proceeded to introduce his staff - first captain Gary Breen, head flight attendant Gary Breen, and Gary Breen - before 'threatening' to turn the plane around if there wasn't enough singing for the boys in green.

The video of the encounter is even better than you could have imagined.

Captain Greg Browne, land the plane and take a bow. You are the pilot this country needed.
