Leeds United had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Brentford today in the EFL Championship after a controversial decision proved costly.
The League leaders went behind early on due to a contentious penalty. Ollie Watkins was one-on-one with goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell and was brought down after getting his shot away. However, replies suggest Watkins was on his way down before contact. Neal Maupay converted the spot kick.
