With the League of Ireland season done and dusted and the title nestled safely down in Cork until next year, there remains the small matter of determining the best goal scored over the course of the season.
This year - more than ever - it felt like League of Ireland goals were getting a lot more attention on social media with the likes of Dundalk's Patrick McEleney and St.Pats' Conan Byrne scoring goals that went viral, and sure enough the full list of goals in contention to be labelled the best this season makes for an incredible watch.
We've said before that McEleney could have his own individual 'Goal of the Season' competition if he wished, and he obviously features a number of times in Soccer Republic's compilation, but he is facing stiff competition from Byrne as well as a few others.
There were 15 entries in total, and it makes for one hell of a watch.
