Everybody's favourite BT Sport pundit was stitched right up by his colleagues as coverage concluded following Everton vs Arsenal on Tuesday night.
Michael Owen has been quite vocal with his criticism of Man Utd striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic in recent weeks, and it seems as though that criticism has reached Jose Mourinho, who doesn't care much for it at all.
The Special One did a bit of research, and was just waiting to drop this stat comparing the two frontmen, so he delivered a little message in an interview with BT Sport that was then shown live with Michael Owen's reaction, much to the delight of Man Utd fans everywhere.
Shots fired.
Owen took it well, to be fair to him, and his claims weren't all that outlandish... But it was still satisfying to see.
Managers certainly do appear to be a bit more touchy regarding criticism of their players. Soon we'll have to have public debates between gaffers and those who make their living by talking about the game, and wouldn't Sky Sports just love to facilitate that?
We'd be well up for it too, in fairness.
