After 45 minutes of play at Upton Park it was very clear that Manchester United were missing Lingard's pace and creative runs in attack, but the young Englishman had already played a blinder on the way to the ground.

Much to the delight of us all, Lingard decided to film (and then upload to twitter) the reactions of him and his United teammates as the West Ham fans attacked their bus.
It was magnificent:

So here is what we learned about the Manchester United squad from that clip:
Phil Jones is a big scaredy-cat.
Granted he looks petrified every time he is on the pitch, but you would expect a big tough defender to act like more of a hardman in that clip.
Adnan Januzaj genuinely thought he was going to die.
The poor lad got to the bottom of that pile as quickly as possible.
Michael Carrick was quick to get the phone out too.
So much for the youngsters being obsessed with social media, experienced pro Carrick needed to document that shit.
Jesse Lingard is great craic.
Amazing commentary. "Mummeh! Mummeh..."
Cameron Borthwick-Jackson is a beast.
"Cam is just chillin!" Yes, he is, because he is a seriously cool bastard.
