Aston Villa's promotion run looks set to climax with a playoff spot as Steve Bruce's side overcame fellow-Premier League chasers Cardiff 1-0 last night. A side that had justifiable hopes for a top two spot will have to settle for the playoffs with five points now separating them from second place Fulham.
Last night's victory came thanks to an outstanding Jack Grealish goal, with the 22-year-old launching a volley off the outside of his boot into Neil Etheridge's goal.

His team-mates certainly enjoyed it.
It means two successive defeats for Neil Warnock's side who drop out of the top-two as a result. Grealish has been in good form for Villa this year, striking up a partnership alongside Irishman Conor Hourihane in the centre off the field.
