Frosinone beat Trapani 1-0 in Italy's Serie B on Saturday afternoon. The lone goal came after just 11 minutes of the game through Federico Dionisi.
The two sides are in very different situations this season. Frosinone look set for promotion while the possibility of relegation looms for Trapani.
With less than ten minutes remaining in the first half, Trapani keeper Mirko Pigliacelli saw an opportunity for his side to counter-attack. He did not avail of it via long throw or well-placed pass. Rather, he channelled the five-a-side keeper within to go on a lung-busting run up the sideline.
After making such a drastic choice, Pigliacelli did the unexpected and took the sensible option with a pass to a teammate on the wing before rushing back to his usual post.
