If you're ever in a situation where you're trying to evade a chasing police office on-foot, it's probably not a good idea to run right past a live TV report.
That's exactly what happened during Sky Italia's broadcast from Paris last night. While the bemused reported was delivering his piece-to-camera, he could be forgiven if the scenes behind him left him slightly distracted.
As he spoke down the camera, a man who appeared to be carrying a handbag sped past the broadcast, with two police officers tailing him on foot.
It doesn't look like the fugitive got very far though, with the reporter Angelo Mangiante informing viewers police had captured the assailant just off camera.
