An Irish forward from Carlow has put Newport County into an unlikely lead against Tottenham Hotspur.
In a raucous Rodney Parade, Pádraig Amond jumped highest to head a great effort beyond Michel Vorm in the Spurs goal.
Having formerly featured for both Shamrock Rovers and Sligo Rovers in the League of Ireland, Amond joined Newport County in 2017.
With the goal putting the League Two side 1-0 ahead at the break, Amond's goal could enable one of the great FA Cup shocks.
In the end, the Premier League side boasting many of its regular starters found their feet; Harry Kane nipping in at the back post to level the tie in Rodney Parade.
However, that's all they would do. Much to Mauricio Pochettino's chagrin no doubt, the tie finished level and Newport County will now travel to Wembley to face Spurs in a 4th round replay.
With the chance of scoring another memorable goal in the replay, you can watch Amond's headed opener below.
