Adam Wynne from Tullamore is a snooker protégé of the highest order. The precocious four year old has been featured in the Irish media quite a bit over the past year and now he's going international. He appeared on German TV over the weekend on a show called 'Klein gegen Gross' (or Little vs Big) and did us all proud.

Not only did he defeat former German international Arne Friedrich in a snooker competition but he also bossed it when he was asked about Shane Long's goal in the Aviva. After confirming that Tullamore was most famous for whiskey, the presenter turned to football and asked Adam about the last time Ireland faced Germany (around 30 seconds into the video).

It must be said that, at this point, Adam got fairly excited (as we all would in that situation) but listen carefully and we're fairly sure he started boasting about Ireland kicking the ball into the corner and Jonny Walters skilfully holding off every German that came near him. Either that or he said 'Ireland kicked the ball up to the top corner again'. Whichever one it was, he's not wrong and we'd like to thank him profusely for reminding the German nation about it.
