Barcelona were in Dublin on Saturday for a pre-season friendly with Celtic which gave the many Irish fans of the Glasgow-based club a chance to watch their team, and all of the young lads who walk around in 'MESSI 10' jerseys a chance to watch their hero in the flesh.
We say young lads, but it was a noticeably older lad who simply had to get a moment with Messi and decided it would be a good idea to jump down from above the tunnel in the Aviva Stadium for a hug with his hero.
He did not get that chance.
No, instead, a security man who may or may not have been WWE Superstar 'Edge' gave him an almighty spear that took him further away from Leo Messi than he was before he jumped down.

What a hit! The fan managed to get a hand on Messi and was instantly wiped out.
