Ian Holloway is not afraid to tell us all exactly how he feels.
He was post-match interview gold during his spell as a Premier League manager, but we truly saw him at his best in a press conference shortly after being named the new QPR manager.
Holloway hit out at the FA for their treatment of Gareth Southgate, claiming that they have undermined him for the four games he has been in charge, and criticised their decision to sack Sam Allardyce for a "newspaper scam".
Holloway then turned his attention to the media, and accused them of "hounding out" every England manager over the past two decades. He was visibly pissed off, and it all made for a fascinating watch.
The more he talked, the angrier he got. You've got to love an Ian Holloway rant.
We're happy to see him back in football management, and he certainly does have a point regarding the media, and the fact that the FA appear to be quick to place the blame everywhere else but their own front door.
It made for a cracking video clip, but his opinion is almost certainly going to fall on deaf ears when it comes the FA.
