George Hamilton is an extremely well-travelled man. It comes with the territory of being RTE's main football commentator. George is not afraid to let folk know about this, as his twitter account is a rich source of ornate European architecture on afternoons ahead of Champions League ties. It now appears that George has been spending some time roaming the high seas, at least judging by his reaction to Antoine Griezmann smacking a penalty against the crossbar in the Champions League final. Shiver me timbers!? Outstanding stuff, George. That said, we are not sure it stacks up well against his sometime commentary partner Jim Beglin, who earlier this season navigated around the mouthful that is Radja Nainggolan by simply calling him ferret head.
