Borussia Dortmund extended their unbeaten run to 27 games this evening as they claimed a massive 1-0 win at home to Bayern Munich.
Carlo Ancelotti's men were hoping to return to the top of the Bundesliga after RB Leipzig jumped above them on Friday night, but it is the most hated club in German football (Leipzig, not Bayern) that now sit atop the table outright.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang put Dortmund in front by getting a glancing touch on a Mario Gotze cross, and that was enough to settle the tie:

The win lifts Dortmund into third place, just three points behind Bayern and six points behind surprise leaders RB Leipzig, who show no signs of slowing down their after incredible start to the season.
