After Chelsea defeated West Bromwich Albion away from home to confirm themselves as Premier League champions for the 2016/17 season, the players were able to let loose having delivered a title in Antonio Conte's first season in England.
It remains to be seen whether or not Diego Costa will be playing his football in the Premier League next season as he is believed to be the subject of some eye-watering offers from China, but nobody looked happier in the Chelsea dressing room, or indeed on the pitch, as the London club became Champions for the second time in three years.
While Cesc Fabregas was busy telling Geoff Shreeves that 'Football is fucking unbelievable', Diego Costa was having some fun of his own.
Firstly, he violated John Terry in plain view of the cameras that were broadcasting live.

A madman. We all know that guy who gets a little too handsy when everyone is having good clean fun.
Having hit 20 league goals in a title winning campaign, he's entitled to celebrate however he sees fit, but John Terry may not be best pleased.
