The newly-expanded European Championships will bring more live TV than ever before, a fact that is undeniably brilliant for TV viewers. It is not always such good news for TV producers, however, as live TV can be a very risky business. ITV learned this to their cost last night, as Slaven Bilic dropped the F-bomb on air.
There was an even stranger moment on RTE's highlights show last night. One supersonic Balls reader heard a pretty strange sound as the discussion got on to England's prospects in the tournament.
You can judge for yourself at the 14-second mark of the video below. It is, of course, inconclusive, but it does sound quite a lot like a fart.
