Declan Rice made his debut for the Republic of Ireland last week away in Turkey and emerged as fans' silver lining after a poor team performance. The West Ham club man was composed in defense and comfortable on the ball in a man-of-the-match performance.
Rice was named U19 player of the year earlier in the week and told Soccer Republic it was 'something you dream about as a little boy."

Tonight Noel King has also announced Rice is set to feature for the Republic of Ireland's U21 side facing Azerbaijan on Tuesday in the European Championship qualifiers.
A chance to go and watch the next generation, the likes of Josh Cullen, Kieran O'Hara and Declan Rice, in a crucial qualifying match, I'd be straight up to Tallaght Stadium tomorrow. The team has had a great campaign so far and deserve the support.
For Rice, it seems this week is just the beginning of a long international career.
