Chances are you've already come across the fantastic goalkeeper training routine that has been all over social media since the weekend, but did you know that a former Irish international was responsible for it?
As Norwich City's goalkeeping coach, the one and only Dean Kiely and his 'spikeball' routine have been shared an insane amount over the past few days, and with good reason. It's spectacular.
First team goalkeeper John Ruddy, along with Paul Jones and Ben Killip join Kiely in the routine designed to increase sharpness and improve reflexes, and it's quite clear that they all absolutely loved it.
Norwich City's YouTube channel have uploaded the clip in full quality so we can all appreciate Kiely's 'spikeball' drill.
Norwich goalkeeper training looks like a lot of fun to be a part of.
Fair play to Deano, who, by the way, looks like he could still do a job at a high level. He bossed that game anyway, what do you have to say for yourself John Ruddy?
