A bad day for Ronaldo, and a bad day for Real Madrid, could have and probably should have been made far worse if Ronaldo was punished for lashing out at Barca defender Dani Alves.

With his side trailing on the scoreboard and being outplayed on the pitch, Ronaldo hit-out after Alves blocked his way, and he's very very lucky that the ref didn't see it.

Naughty.

It's not the first time he's lashed out when things aren't going his way, and it won't be the last, but he really should have walked and should be missing the next three games.

The match finished 4-0, with Messi coming on as a sub to have a bit of craic as Barca strolled to victory.
