You might not have expected to read about Cowdenbeath's 1-0 loss to Berwick Rangers yesterday, but it's the manner in which they conceded the goal that should grab your attention.

The Scottish League Two encounter was decided by a thoroughly-deserved penalty. After conceding a corner, Cowdenbeath's Jordan Garden attempts three unsuccessful challenges. It is his third which results in the penalty, a lunging back tackle crashing through Berwick's Michael McKenna.
