Watch: Crazy Scenes From Turkey As Nani Gets A Fan Into A Lot Of Trouble For Accepting His Shirt

Even for Turkey, this is bizarre...

In a match that was suspended in the 89th for a violent and cowardly attack on an assistant referee, there was also a bit of crowd trouble that was inadvertently caused by former Manchester United winger Nani.

After leaving the pitch, the Fenerbache player removed his shirt before throwing it into the arms of a Trabzonspor fan, and this did NOT go down well with his fellow supporters.

A very angry looking Trabzonspor fan then came over, took Nani's shirt, threw it back in the direction of the pitch, and essentially chased the fan who accepted the shirt out of the stadium.

He actually had to make an escape down the tunnel as more supporters tried to take a pop at him!

Madness!

We don't know why the guy wanted Nani's shirt, but surely that wasn't a reason for him to have to fear for his safety. Then again, football fans don't mess about in Turkey, and by sitting in the Trabzonspor end you should know not to show any sort of affinity to anything to do with Fenerbache.

Poor Nani looked bewildered as he was handed his shirt back on the bench.

Damn, Turkish football, you crazy.
