Claude Puel's Leicester City career got off to the perfect start on Sunday afternoon as goals from Jamie Vardy and Demarai Gray secured a 2-0 win at home to Everton.

The Frenchman was sacked by Southampton in a manner that many found harsh after he secured an 8th place finish in the Premier League for the Saints as well as reaching the League Cup, but the man himself was quick to express his happiness to be back in English football having landed in Leicester.

Puel did so before kick-off in an odd interview with four of Sky Sports' punditry team on the substitutes bench where Thierry Henry was on hand to translate whenever his compatriot found difficulty expressing his feelings in English. Turns out he was actually needed as a translator for Carragher's famous scouse accent.

The following clip also features Alan Pardew saying "rollercoaster" in a French accent.

What's French for rollercoaster?

Rollercoaster.

Tragic.

Puel would have been pleased with how the interview was going until the difficulty was increased by throwing Carragher into the mix, but perhaps Henry's versatility is why he is being paid so handsomely by Sky.
