Watch: Chris Sutton Winding Up BT Sport's Scottish Pundits Is An Artform

Chris Sutton is, for us here at Balls.ie at least, the breakout pundit star of 2016.

This year he has frustrated fellow pundits up and down the United Kingdom with his blunt, no-bullshit approach to analysing the beautiful game, and it's seriously enjoyable to watch.

He's got a way of quickly cutting across people, almost always with a relevant point, that throws them off their line of thinking which makes them lash out in frustration, and we saw two perfect examples of that on Scottish Football Extra on Friday night.

And both of them were winding up Michael Stewart, who clearly can't stand the former Blackburn and Celtic man.

First, it started with a quick poke, and some sensational facial expressions that showed us all just how much he really enjoys winding pundits up:

The look on his face, just priceless.

And then, after prodding and prodding over the rest of the show, Stewart decided to have another crack, and Sutton shut him down in vintage style.

The man is hilarious. He knows his football, he's not shy to call someone out when he doesn't agree, but really he's just hilarious to watch in full flow.

You get the feeling that he really isn't liked by roughly half of the fans and pundits in Scotland, and yet that only makes him stronger.

Keep it up Chris, you've made us watch roughly 600% more Scottish football this year.
