Chris Sutton has claimed another victim in his mission to wind up every pundit that BT Sport have access to in Scotland.
Ahead of Rangers' visit to Dundee on Friday night, a wee panel was assembled for BT Sport's Scottish Football Extra, which has proven to be where Sutton saves his most provocative work to entertain those who tune in early to soak up some of the pre-match atmosphere.
This week, Sutton opted not to butt-heads with long-term rival Stephen Craigen, but instead took umbridge with a point that Ally McCoist was trying to make regarding Brendan Rodgers not offering his back-four and goalkeeper much protection.
It started out civil, but as Sutton poked the bear it soon descended into a bit of a shouting match, with the former Celtic man even starting things up again once it appeared to cool down.
Sutton always looks like he's enjoying these so much more than whoever is on the other side of the debate, he has made the punditry wind-up an art form.
The Rangers fans who tuned in early to watch their side play Dundee likely wouldn't have been thrilled with a debate about Celtic in Europe dominating the discussion, but it very much seems like Sutton calls the shots in that regard. Stephen Craigan was smiling to himself, relieved that someone else had taken the bait this time.
We wouldn't have it any other way, love him or hate him, he makes things interesting.
