Despite scoring five goals in the home leg, Celtic were not guaranteed a spot in the Champions League group stages as they travelled to Israel for the return leg against Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
Silly mistakes cost Celtic in the first leg, but none of them could hold a candle to the absolute disaster that occurred when Craig Gordon and Saidy Janko had a misunderstanding following a hopeful Hapoel cross.
As bad a goal as you're ever likely to see...
That goal pulled the score back to 2-0 on the night, 5-4 on aggregate, meaning that one more goal would result in Celtic's elimination from the tournament. What a bad time for a communication breakdown.
Keep in mind that Be'er Sheva missed a penalty in the first half too, this has not been a comfortable tie for the Glasgow side. They would hold on to progress 5-4 on aggregate, but one viewer was not impressed with what he had seen.
