Watch: Awkwardness Reigns As Paul Scholes Shuts Down Alex Bruce On BT Sport

Having been borne down with the vestiges of the Louis Van Gaal era in a ponderous first half, Manchester United showed the spirit of a better era in sealing a 1-0 win with virtually the final kick of the game.

His son Alex appeared on BT's live coverage for the game today, and right at the end of the coverage, he was asked about what the players thought of the situation. Bruce confirmed that the players had asked the owner to bring in some bodies, a move which earned the scorn on Paul Scholes.
