Dave Tynan's award winning short 'Rockmount' has been released on youtube.

It's Cork, 1982. An eleven year old Roy Keane is determined to break into the Rockmount starting line-up. He's smaller than the other players but this doesn't matter a whit.

The film won at the Galway Film Fleadh and won an IFTA for Best Short Film. The young Roy is played by Craig Keane Harrington (no relation) and features a supporting cast which includes Aidan O'Hare, Dawn Bradfield and Shane Casey.

When we interviewed the director Dave Tynan last year, he said the film was a 'character based comedy' and that he envisioned the young Roy as a 'a little Heathcliff wandering along his Cork mores'.
