Tim Cahill did what Tim Cahill does on New Year's Eve by scoring a header in Melbourne City's 2-2 draw with Central Coast Mariners.
While the former Everton man is known around the world for his ability to get his noggin on a cross, he is also known for his famous boxing celebration at the corner flag, a tradition he still likes to practice at the ripe old age of 37.
But after giving his side the lead away form home, a local ballboy was having absolutely none of it and removed the corner flag as Cahill ran over. He still did his routine, sans corner flag, but his thunder was stolen by the youngster and he was then seen talking about it to a teammate.
The commentators liked what they saw.
The cheeky little fecker.
Cork native Roy O'Donovan thought he had hit the winner with a late goal to make the score 2-1 in favour of the home side, but Cahill's Melbourne City managed to grab a last-ditch equaliser.
Don't try those fancy celebrations around Aussie ballboys, even if you're Tim Cahill.
