Arsene Wenger is not a man to be slighted. He recently claimed that some referees are living in the "dark ages" with the way they treat his players. He was charged by the FA for those comments.
Last January, Wenger was given a four-match touchline ban by the FA after his conduct towards the fourth official against Burnley. Despite all of this, he attacked the referee's performance during his sides highly entertaining 2-2 against Chelsea tonight.
The Arsenal boss doubled down on the claim when speaking to the press after the game:
Arsene Wenger said he would have gone home and “committed suicide” had Chelsea nicked it at the end. He also says he’ll contest FA charge and “stands by every word.”

The issue Wenger took particular umbrage with was a penalty won by Eden Hazard after a challenge by Héctor Bellerín. The draw means Arsenal are now sixth in the Premier League table, five points off the top four.
