Shamrock Rovers' run in Europe ended heroically last night, on a scorching evening in Cyprus. After going down 2-0 and 3-2 on aggregate, an Aaron Greene thunderbastard from 25 yards in the 68th minute levelled things on aggregate. Both teams went down to 10 men, but sadly for Rovers, Limassol scored what would be the winner in the 100th minute.
