Well... That did not go according to plan for Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp was rightly proud of his side's performance in Germany last week, and the message would have been to hit the ground running and stay focused right from the start in the return leg, but it took just four minutes for the black and yellow to ensure that Liverpool must score three goals to go through.
The first was a rebound goal after some shocking marking from Liverpool's defenders:
And then stunningly Dortmund bagged their second away goal just six minutes later:

Many were surprised by Dortmund's performance in the first leg but Liverpool were so well set up that the Germans could not break. Now Liverpool, like Spurs before them, have experienced their breathtaking counters first hand.
