Liverpool’s latest signing, Adam Lallana, has taken out a page in the Southampton Daily Echo to sat thanks to Saints fan for their years of support. A nice gesture, and it seems to be the new trend with footballers that leave clubs – Edinson Cavani did the same with Napoli last year after transferring to PSG, while Lallana’s fellow Saints-to-Merseyside mover Rickie Lambert wrote a heartfelt open letter of thanks.
