We know that Scotland lost to Georgia in Tbilisi earlier in the day, and with Ireland just about leading against Gibraltar, the other relevant game in the group was the crunch clash between neighbours Germany and Poland.
Bayern Munich provided all three of the scorers in the game with Thomas Muller, Mario Goetze, Robert Lewandowski getting the goals.

Poland got back into it from a predictable Robert Lewandowski header past his Bayern team-mate Manuel Neuer. That goal gives Lewandowski a two goal cushion as the top scorer in the Euro 2016 qualifiers (click to play):
