Omar Abdulrahman, playing for The UAE in the Asian Cup, scored a beautiful panenka-style penalty, the first taken by his country against Japan in their quarter-final penalty shoot out.

The goal helped The UAE to the unlikeliest of victories and sent joint tournament favourites Japan heading home. Household names Kagawa and Honda missed penalties for Japan.
