Sepp Blatter looked extremely relaxed last night at the FIFA Congress in Rio, despite the mounting worldwide criticism he is facing over the voting process for Qatar 2022.
Far too relaxed. TV host Fernanda Lima did very well to keep it together as the Swiss showed her his moves.
