It hasn't been the best week for Chris Smalling. Aside from the shambolic nature of Man United's form, he was also caught in a regrettable situation during the week when the Sun snapped him dressed as a suicide bomber. Smalling was in fact dressed as a Jager bomber but if you're having that argument, you've lost it.

United and Smalling got their season someway back on track today with a 2-0 win at home to Swansea but Chris managed to miss a chance from around two yards. Less fancy dress, more training lad.
